The Friends of the Shelby Library hold this sale every year to benefit their organization. The event is held on the lawn of the Shelby Area District Library- 189 Maple St., Shelby.
The Mason County Garden Club holds two plant sales annually at Leveaux Park, one in May and the other in September. The sales are held at Leveaux Park, East Ludington Avenue near Madison Street, in Ludington. It is a great time to get various plants and bulbs to brighten up your garden. You can either bring a plant to exchange, or you can purchase a plant if you don’t have any to exchange.

The Mason-Lake Conservation District Fall Tree Sale is annually held in October. It is conducted by pre-orders only.

Native plants are great for any landscape and are highly tolerant to year-round weather conditions in Michigan. They are also more resistant to pests, disease and drought.
This sale typically takes place in March/April and includes Conifer seedlings, Conifer transplants, Deciduous trees & shrubs, fruit trees, berries, grapes, dune grass, planting supplies, and additional items.
